At Bizwish, we believe you should have full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of your data, account deletion requests must be verified. You can initiate the deletion process through either of the following methods:
- Via Email: Send an email from your registered email address to support@bizwish.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Via Support Hub: Log in to your dashboard and open a support ticket under the "Account Management" category.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will remove:
- Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone).
- Your business details and preferences.
- Your access credentials.
Data Retention Notice
Please note that according to Indian financial and legal regulations (GST, Income Tax, and MCA), Bizwish is legally required to retain transaction records, invoices, and filing history for a period of up to 8 years. While your active account and personal profile will be deleted from our marketing and accessibility systems, these historical professional records will remain in our secure archive for regulatory compliance only.
