Turnaround Time (TAT): We follow a "first come, first served" model for standard service delivery.
Priority Service: If you have an urgent requirement, you can opt for our priority service by paying an additional fee of Rs. 499/- + GST along with the standard service fee. Our average response time for priority service is between 10 minutes and 24 business hours.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of an order is strictly governed by our official Refund and Cancellation Policy. No refunds will be given except in the specific events of non-performance of service by Zetu Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd as outlined in that policy. 10. Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and resources with or without notice and for any reason, including breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination, your right to use our resources will immediately cease.
