At Bizwish.in, our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. We strongly advise our clients to carefully read the fine print of each service before finalizing their purchase. In the event that you are displeased with the services provided, we may offer a refund, provided the reasons are genuine and proven following an internal investigation.

1. Cancellation Policy
We allocate dedicated resources and time to ensure the timely delivery of your requested services. Therefore, our cancellation terms are as follows:
Change of Mind: We are not liable to cancel a service or issue a refund simply because the customer changes their mind after purchasing.
Service Hold Requests: If a customer asks us to place the processing of a service on hold, we reserve the right to make our best effort to complete the service before entertaining any cancellation or refund requests.
Cancellation Fees: In the event that a service is not completed and a cancellation/refund request is approved, the following deductions will apply: A 20% cancellation fee + any "earned fee" (for the work already executed) + any fees already paid to the government or third parties.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly governed by the actual delivery of services and the costs incurred during the process.
Service Failure: We will refund the money only if we fail to provide the service from our end, as determined post our internal investigation.

Non-Refundable Components: Refunds will not be provided for funds considered "earned" by the company. This includes the time, energy, and resources invested by our team. The following will always be deducted from any eligible refund:
Processing and administrative fees
Payment gateway charges
Cost of resources utilized for work already done
Taxes and fees paid to government bodies (e.g., filing fees)
Payments made to third parties involved in processing your order
Timeline for Resolution: * A refund will be processed if a case is resolved amicably between the parties within 3 days of the payment date, provided we have not yet initiated the service from our end.
No refund will be provided if the request is made or the case is resolved after 3 days from the date of payment.
3. Ungovernable Factors
The final result of certain processes or services cannot be guaranteed, as they rely heavily on Governing Authorities. Factors outside the purview and control of Bizwish.in include, but are not limited to:
Rejections, approvals, or delayed responses by Government Authorities.
Technical issues, portal downtimes, or glitches on Government websites.
Government backlogs leading to unexpected delays.
Because these factors are completely beyond our control, delays or rejections caused by them do not qualify for a refund.
4. Force Majeure
Bizwish.in (Zetu Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd) shall not be considered responsible for any breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, nor shall we be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances include, but are not limited to: earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, lightning, droughts, landslides, hurricanes, cyclones, typhoons, tornadoes, natural disasters, acts of God or the public enemy, epidemics, pandemics, famines, plagues, actions of a court or public authority, changes in law, explosions, wars, terrorism, armed conflicts, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or any similar foreseen or unforeseen event (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
